Master reformer programming, transitions, modifications, and equipment-specific teaching techniques.

Functional Anatomy

Study anatomy through movement with Dr. Brian Parr, PT, DPT, gaining a practical understanding of biomechanics and injury prevention.

Class Design

Learn how to create safe, intelligent classes that challenge clients while meeting them where they are.
